Received your item and not 100% happy with it ? That is perfectly fine. To qualify for a refund the product must not show any signs of wear and tear, be purchased within the last 30 days, and you must be willing to pay for shipping the item back to us.

To request a refund for your purchase, please send your request with your order number to our customer service team at ​Someone from our team will get be back to you within 24 hours and provide you with the shipping information required to send the product back to us. Unfortunately, we take no responsibility for the item once it has been sent.

​Following your request and confirmation of your refund, please allow for the package to make it back to us. Once we have received it and approved the request, we will process the refund and the money will be back to you within 5 - 7 business days.
